Digital offers solutions that simplify mixing systems. In this course you will learn the fundamentals of analog and digital audio systems and the misconceptions that lie within.

You will have the opportunity to mix on a Yamaha M7CL and become more familiar with signal flow, hardware, and software. Receive hands on training using the M7CL--our latest digital mixing console.

What you will learn:
Guided tour through setting up the console, naming and routing channels, setting up mixes, adding dynamics and effects processing, creating and storing scenes, etc.

The engineer will learn how easy it is to use digital console once you know where everything is.

Students get hands on instruction and walk away having created a mix. A multi track recorder fees band tracks to the consoles that everyone gets to mix at the end.
